We are Juli Italiano and Agustín Arrachea, two Argentinian artists united by a shared passion: art and fashion. Together, we created Huinca, a brand that fuses these two worlds into unique and unrepeatable pieces.

Choosing Your Shirt
How can I know my size?
You can check our •size guide• by model. You will find detailed information by model.
How do I wash my shirt?
• We recommend handwashing in cold water.
• Tip: Put water with laundry soap in a bucket, move the garment with your hands without wringing it out, and let it sit for a few minutes. Drain the water by pressing the shirt and avoiding wringing. If you want to avoid ironing it, you can dry it hanging on a hanger ;).
• You can also iron it at a low temperature.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments with debit and credit cards through PayPal.
What is PayPal?
It is an online payment method that works worldwide and is one of the largest online payment companies today.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to buy from HUINCA?
No, you can make the payment without having a PayPal account, you can do it directly from our website.
Is my card information safe when I pay on the HUINCA website?
Yes, it is 100% secure. The payment and data are processed and secured by PayPal.
Your Orders
How can I track my order and shipment?
Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipment tracking code and instructions on how to track it.
What if I have a question about my purchase? How do I contact HUINCA?
In this case, reply to the email you receive after making your purchase. It contains all the necessary information to be able to answer your order correctly.

How much does shipping cost?
• Spain > 5.2 > FREE + 100€
• UK > 9.4€ > FREE + 150€
• Europe > 9.9€ > FREE + 150€
• Rest of the world > 14.9€ > FREE + 250€
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, you can do it in Barcelona. At the time of purchase, you will see this option to select, and then we will coordinate the collection by email.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The products must be in perfect condition, identical to how they were sent. Keeping all their labels. Email us to hola@somoshuinca.com to coordinate the return. We will respond with the instructions. * Return shipping costs are deducted from the original amount paid on the order.
Are exchanges accepted at HUINCA?
Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The products must be in perfect condition, identical to how they were sent. Keeping all their labels. In case the product you want to exchange it for is out of stock, we will make you a Gift Card for the amount paid on the order so you can use it whenever you want.
